Coaches can optionally connect their Google or Microsoft calendar so their own availability slots and confirmed bookings appear automatically.

How we use Google Calendar data
When a coach chooses to connect Google Calendar, Insight Hub only creates, updates and deletes the calendar events it makes for that coach's coaching slots. It does not read, store or share other calendar events. See our Privacy Policy for details.
