Privacy Policy

INSEAD Skillmotion Insight Hub ("Insight Hub") is operated by Skillmotion. This policy explains what data we process and why.

Data we collect

Account details: name, email address and role, provided by your programme team.
Programme data: cohorts, groups, coaching availability, bookings and session feedback.
Calendar connection data (optional, coaches only): the connected account's email address and OAuth access/refresh tokens.

Google and Microsoft calendar data

If a coach connects Google Calendar (scope calendar.events) or Microsoft 365 (Calendars.ReadWrite), Insight Hub uses that access only to create, update and delete the calendar events it creates for that coach's own coaching slots and bookings. We do not read, store, analyse or share any other events in the coach's calendar.

Insight Hub's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is not used for advertising, not sold, not used to train AI models, and not transferred to third parties except as needed to provide this feature or as required by law.

Tokens are stored encrypted at rest in a restricted store accessible only to our servers. Coaches can disconnect at any time from their setup page, which deletes the stored tokens; access can also be revoked from the Google or Microsoft account settings.

How we use data

To schedule coaching sessions and send related notifications.
To provide aggregated programme insights to authorised programme teams.

Sharing

Data is shared only with authorised users of your programme and with service providers who host and operate Insight Hub. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and your rights

Data is retained for the duration of the programme engagement or as agreed with the client organisation. You may request access, correction or deletion of your data by contacting us.
